Order Processing of Digital Motor PI – VahanCheck QC Report :

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation thru VahanCheck Mobile APP. You will receive notification when your order has processed and Digital QC Report is generated / completed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping rates – not appliable as there is no physical delivery of any product
  • Delivery Estimates - Digital QC Report is shared with 20-30 mins of Order
  • Delivery Mode - Online Digital Motor PI QC Report sent thru email and
  • Also available to download thru VahanCheck Mobile APP (Search feature)

Customer Support & Helpdesk for payment and delivery status:

  • If you prefer a specific helpdesk support, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at 9372499098 after placing your order.

Order Tracking:

  • You can see your PI Lead # / order status in VahanCheck Mobile APP in your inbox. The Motor PI Lead number will be active & valid for 24 hours from the time of pre-inspection completion as per the QC standards set by the service provider / parent company

Damages:

  • No physical product is delivered so damage clause doesn’t apply
